K20/20 “Caps!“ Encapsulating Carpet Cleaner is a very unique, high performance
Detergent-, Enzyme- & Solvent-Free Micro Emulsifier
that can be used on a wide range of carpet fiber regardless of fiber type or color
(Nylon, Polypropylene/Olefin, Polyester, Triexta, etc.)
for both restorative cleaning or daily maintenance cleaning.
It is very easy to use! Simply dilute K20/20 “Caps!“ Encapsulating Carpet Cleaner according to soil
conditions, pre-spray it evenly on the carpet and scrub the carpet with a
Low Speed Rotary Machine! • Counter Rotating Brush Machine!
Oscillating/Orbital Machine! or Multi Brush/Pad Machine!
It does not matter…..use brush agitation or bonnet pads (queen bonnet, cotton or cotton blend,
micro-fiber, etc.) and then just allow the carpet to dry.
As the carpet drys, active ingredients in K20/20 “Caps!“ form crystals around the suspended soil
which not only prevents it from reattaching to the carpet fiber but allows you to easily
vacuum up the encapsulated soil residue once the carpet has completely dried.
Dramatic results will be achieved because upon contact, K20/20 “Caps!“ not only immediately breaks
down and dissolves carbon-based (organic) soil binders that are on the fibers but also penetrates the
small pores in the fibers as well and releases the particle soil from the fibers, which allows you to
effectively remove the worst of soil residues from most all types of carpet.
K20/20 “Caps!“ easily performs under the most challenging conditions and will provide amazing
results cleaning carpets with extreme soil buildup/deposits, allowing you to
remove the heaviest grease, oil, dirt (including red clay) residues. It will drastically reduce your labor
requirements and significantly improve the appearance level and cleanliness of the carpet.
The moment you use K20/20 “Caps!“, you may clearly see that it outperforms and cleans better
than conventional products and will safely, not only remove extremely challenging soil buildup
but also remove stains caused by shoe polish, food and beverage residues, various inks,

The most productive and cost effective way to use K20/20 “Caps!“ Encapsulating Carpet Cleaner
is to use it as a pre-spray! Manual pump-up, electric or battery powered sprayers, etc.
can all be used to apply K20/20 “Caps!” to carpet.
Using a very fine fan pattern spray nozzle (TeeJet 8000 – 8002 or equivalent) on your sprayer will
highly improve product application efficiency and prove to be most cost effective.
It is not necessary to pre-spray carpets when using
Oscillating/Orbital Machines, Multi Brush/Pad Machines & Low Speed Rotary Machines
that have built in/on board solutions tanks and above ground sprayers (6 – 8 inches)
that spray directly out in front of the machine!
K20/20 “Caps!“ Encapsulating Carpet Cleaner works immediately!
When properly diluted, it generally does not require any dwell time at all!
In the event that a machine has a high water flow spray tip or tips (TG-1.0 or higher), it is recommended
that it/they be changed out to TG-0.7 TeeJet Full Cone Spray Tips to avoid
the over wetting of carpets as well as any waste of cleaning solution.

and must be diluted prior to use based upon soil conditions!
MIXING/DILUTION DIRECTIONS
(Per Gallon of Water)
K20/20 “Caps!“ Encapsulating Carpet Cleaner is very easy to dilute/mix.
For heavy soil, for example, first pour 6 – 8 oz. of concentrate into an empty,
clean, chemical residue free 1 gallon sprayer, then fill with cool,
room temperature tap water to the gallon mark, done!
Do not use extremely warm or hot water! Warm or hot water is not required to
enhance cleaning performance as K20/20 “Caps!“ will still provide
excellent results even at 35 – 40° F temperatures!!
It is not necessary to use more than 10 oz. of concentrate
per gallon of RTU solution on extremely soiled carpets!!
On average, 1 gallon of pre-spray solution can easily be used to clean about
500 sq. ft. of carpet when using the previously suggested TeeJet spray tips for
sprayers and machines with built in/on board solutions tanks with
above ground sprayers.
1 gallon of concentrate offers extremely high sq. footage coverage and cleaning
capability regardless of soil conditions and dilution ratios!

It is very easy to use K20/20 “Caps!“ Encapsulating Carpet Cleaner!
Simply dilute according to soil conditions, pre-spray the carpet,
scrub or bonnet the carpet and then move on to your next project.
Vacuum the carpet once it is completely dry. It does not need to be vacuumed
the same day and can be vacuumed up to a couple of days after the
carpet has been serviced!
K20/20 “Caps!“ does not contain detergents that can leave behind sticky residues and
cause fast resoiling! Carpet will stay clean longer when using
K20/20 “Caps!“ Encapsulating Carpet Cleaner!

ATTENTION:
DO NOT use
K20/20 “Caps!“ Encapsulating Carpet Cleaner
on carpets/rugs that are not water- and colorfast!
Always check carpet/rugs for water- and colorfastness prior to use.
Do not mix K20/20 “Caps!“ Encapsulating Carpet Cleaner
with hot water as hot water could cause the fast evaporation of the solution and
possibly cause uneven, blotchy results.
Avoid contact with eyes. If splashed in eyes, immediately remove contact lenses,
if applicable, and rinse eyes with water for 3 – 5 minutes.
Contact a physician if necessary.

Always keep all cleaning products out of the reach of children!
