K20/20 “Fix-It!“ Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner is a very unique, high performance
Detergent-, Enzyme- & Solvent-Free Micro Emulsifier
that can be used on a wide range of carpet fiber (Nylon, Polypropylene/Olefin, Polyester, Triexta, etc.)
or upholstery fiber (Olefin, Polyester, Rayon, Nylon, Microfiber, etc.) for both
restorative cleaning or daily maintenance.
Regardless of fiber type/color or cleaning system being used, dramatic results will be achieved because
upon contact, K20/20 “Fix-It!“ not only immediately breaks down and dissolves
carbon-based (organic) soil binders that are on the fibers but also penetrates the small pores in
the fibers as well and releases the particle soil from the fibers, which allows you to effectively remove the
worst of soil residues from all types of carpet & upholstery.
It performs under the most challenging conditions and will provide amazing results cleaning carpets &
upholstery with extreme soil buildup/deposits, allowing you to remove the heaviest grease, oil, dirt
(including red clay) residues. It will drastically reduce your labor requirements and significantly improve
the appearance level and cleanliness of the carpet /upholstery.

K20/20 “Fix-It!” Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner
can absolutely be used with every type of cleaning machine/system!
It does not matter what type or brand of machine you might have and use!
The most productive and cost effective way to use K20/20 “Fix-It!” Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner is
to use it as a pre-spray! It is recommended for all cleaning applications and cleaning systems.
Manual pump-up, electric or battery powered sprayers, etc. can all be used to apply
K20/20 “Fix-It!“ Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner to carpet & upholstery.
Using a very fine fan pattern spray nozzle (TeeJet 8000 – 8002 or equivalent) on your sprayer will
highly improve product application efficiency and prove to be most cost effective.
It is not necessary to pre-spray carpets when using
Oscillating/Orbital Machines, Multi Brush/Pad Machines & Low Speed Rotary Machines
that have built in/on board solutions tanks and above ground sprayers (6 – 8 inches)
that spray directly out in front of the machine!
K20/20 “Fix-It!“ Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner works immediately!
When properly diluted, it generally does not require any dwell time at all!
In the event that a machine has a high water flow spray tip or tips (TG-1.0 or higher), it is recommended
that it/they be changed out to TG-0.7 TeeJet Full Cone Spray Tips to avoid
the over wetting of carpets as well as any waste of cleaning solution.
If using a Hydro Force Sprayer, you can use the following tips for medium to extreme soil conditions:

and must be diluted prior to use based upon soil conditions!
MIXING/DILUTION DIRECTIONS
(Per Gallon of Water)
K20/20 “Fix-It!“ Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner is very easy to dilute/mix.
For heavy soil, for example, first pour 6 – 8 oz. of concentrate into an empty,
clean, chemical residue free 1 gallon sprayer, then fill with cool,
room temperature tap water to the gallon mark, done!
Do not use extremely warm or hot water! Warm or hot water is not required to
enhance cleaning performance as K20/20 “Fix-It!“ Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner will
still provide excellent results even at 35 – 40° F temperatures!!
It is not necessary to use more than 10 oz. of concentrate
per gallon of RTU solution on extremely soiled carpets!!
On average, 1 gallon of pre-spray solution can easily be used to clean about
500 sq. ft. of carpet when using the previously suggested TeeJet spray tips for
sprayers and machines with built in/on board solutions tanks with
above ground sprayers.
1 gallon of concentrate offers extremely high sq. footage coverage and cleaning
capability regardless of soil conditions and dilution ratios!

can absolutely be used with every type of cleaning machine/system!
Truck Mount/Portable Extractors: Lightly pre-spray carpet, pre-scrub
if necessary and rinse with clear water & extract.
Bonnet Cleaning: K20/20 “Fix-It!“ Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner is an excellent low
moisture cleaning product. Lightly pre-spray carpet and operate machine as usual.
Attention! Do not soak bonnets in solution prior to use!! Only lightly moisten bonnet pad
with RTU pre-spray solution prior to use. Never start cleaning with a dry bonnet pad
as this could possibly damage the carpet.
Upholstery Cleaning: Lightly pre-spray upholstery, pre-scrub if necessary, lightly mist the
upholstery with water from the hand tool with clear water & extract. If an extractor is not
available, simply lightly pre-spray upholstery, scrub with a soft brush if necessary
& wipe down with a clean terry towel.
Done!
Regardless of machine type, simply use K20/20 “Fix-It!“ Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner
as a pre-spray and operate the cleaning machine accordingly!

K20/20 “Fix-It!“ Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner is absolutely odorless
and can be used in all types of environments.
Commercial, Industrial, Medical or Residential!
It does not contain detergents that can leave behind sticky residues and
cause fast resoiling! Carpet & Upholstery will stay clean longer when
using K20/20 “Fix-It!“ Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner!
ATTENTION: Do not use K20/20 “Fix-It!“ Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner on fabrics/materials that
are not water-fast such as suede leather, silk/velvet or on fabrics that are sensitive to alkaline
based cleaners such as Haitian Cotton, etc.
Always check carpet or upholstery for water- and colorfastness prior to use.
Do not mix with hot water as hot water could cause the fast evaporation of
K20/20 “Fix-It!“ Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner and possibly cause uneven, blotchy results.
Avoid contact with eyes. If splashed in eyes, immediately remove contact lenses, if applicable,
and rinse eyes with water for 3 – 5 minutes. Contact a physician if necessary.
