Instead of using conventional detergent chemistry, K20/20® products use proprietary Modified Salts technology to support a process we call detergent-, enzyme-, and solvent-free micro emulsification.

In plain terms, K20/20® helps water work harder. The solution penetrates soil buildup, works into small pores and surface irregularities, breaks down carbon-based soil binders, and releases embedded particles so they can be removed by extraction, wiping, scrubbing, rinsing, vacuuming, or wet recovery.

The Simple K20/20® Process

1. Penetrate

K20/20® solutions are designed to move into soil films, fiber pores, grout lines, textured floors, and microscopic surface openings where soil becomes trapped.

2. Break the Bond

Many soils are held in place by oily, sticky, carbon-based binders. K20/20® helps break down those binders so the soil is no longer locked to the surface.

3. Release the Soil

Once the bond is broken, embedded particle soil can release from carpet fibers, upholstery, tile, grout, stone, hard floors, stainless steel, and other water-safe surfaces.

4. Remove Without Sticky Residue

Because K20/20® does not rely on conventional detergents, it does not leave behind sticky detergent residue that can attract new soil and contribute to fast resoiling.
