K20/20 “Max!“ High Performance Cleaner & Degreaser is a highly effective and very unique
Detergent-, Enzyme- & Solvent-Free Micro Emulsifier
that is almost limitless in regard to the different types of water- & colorfast surfaces it
can be used on for both restorative cleaning and daily maintenance as well.
Spectacular results can be achieved because upon contact, K20/20 “Max!“ immediately penetrates
topical soil build-up, breaks the surface tension and works into the small, microscopic pores
of the surface. It instantly breaks down and dissolves existing carbon-based (organic)
soil binders, thereby releasing any existing embedded particle soil.
This allows you to quickly & effectively remove the worst of soil residues!

K20/20 “Max!“ High Performance Cleaner & Degreaser
is a ready to use solution and should not be diluted prior to use when being used for
restorative cleaning projects/applications. It can however, be diluted 1:1 – 1:2 with cold
water when restorative cleaning is not required and it is to be used for light duty
maintenance cleaning.
When using K20/20 “Max!“, you will find it as easy to use as Spray • Wipe • Done! Some
extreme heavy residues may require a little dwell time. Residues such as nicotine on
surfaces and materials are generally instantly dissolved and all that is required is to
wipe up the soil and solution.

K20/20 “Max!“ High Performance Cleaner & Degreaser
is ideal for removing a wide range of oils & greases found in manufacturing plants on
ultra safety flooring, epoxy, urethane & other chemical resistant floors!
Simply spray undiluted K20/20 “Max!“ High Performance Cleaner & Degreaser on the floors,
allow to dwell 2 – 3 minutes and then scrub the floors. Wet vac up the soil and cleaning solution
and mop or clear water rinse the floors. Done!
K20/20 “Max!“ is truly unique and it will remove years of imbedded soil from the floors!
K20/20 “Max!“ High Performance Cleaner & Degreaser
can also provide amazing, streak free results when cleaning stainless steel
in commercial, industrial or medical settings!
In a commercial setting, for example, when cleaning an elevator door/wall, a push plate on a door, for
example, simply spray undiluted K20/20 “Max!“ High Performance Cleaner & Degreaser on the
surface (always spray vertical surfaces from the bottom up), then take a clean, dry micro fiber towel
and wipe off the surface. Re-wipe the surface with a clean micro fiber towel
(slightly moistened with water) to rinse everything off of the surface.
Immediately wipe/dry off the surface with a fresh clean dry micro fiber towel to
avoid water spots or streaks.
When cleaning the exterior of an industrial exhaust vent in a kitchen, for example,
spray it from the bottom up, use a damp strip washer to wipe down the surface and then use a glass
squeegee to remove soil and solution as if one was cleaning glass. Done!
(If necessary, use a soft non-scratch sponge to help remove crusty residues.)
ATTENTION: Avoid contact with eyes. If splashed in eyes, immediately remove contact lenses, if
applicable, and rinse eyes with water for 3 – 5 minutes.
