K20/20 “Trax!“ Tile & Grout, Stone & Hard Floor Cleaner is a highly effective and a very unique
Detergent-, Enzyme- & Solvent-Free Micro Emulsifier
that is almost limitless in regard to the different types of hard flooring it can be
used on for both restorative cleaning and daily maintenance service as well.
Regardless of flooring, spectacular results will be achieved because upon contact, K20/20 “Trax!“
immediately penetrates topical soil build-up, breaks the surface tension and works into the small,
microscopic pores in the flooring. It instantly breaks down and dissolves existing carbon-based (organic)
soil binders, thereby releasing the embedded particle soil from the floors. This allows you to effectively
remove the worst of soil residues (grease, oil, dirt, red clay, etc.) from many types of flooring. It will most
likely drastically reduce labor requirements and significantly improve
the appearance level and cleanliness of a wide range of existing hard flooring.

can absolutely be used with every type of cleaning machine/system!
It does not matter what type or brand of machine you might have and use!
Using K20/20 “Trax!” Tile & Grout, Stone & Hard Floor Cleaner as a pre-spray is recommended for
all cleaning systems/machines when not using an Auto Scrubber.
It is the most productive and cost effective way to use it!
Manual pump-up, electric or battery powered sprayers, etc. can all be used to apply
K20/20 “Trax!“ Tile & Grout, Stone & Hard Floor Cleaner to floors.
Using a very fine fan pattern spray nozzle (TeeJet 8000 – 8002 or equivalent) on your sprayer will
highly improve product application efficiency and prove to be most cost effective.
It is not necessary to pre-spray floors when using
Oscillating/Orbital Machines, Multi Brush/Pad Machines
& Low Speed Rotary Machines
that have built in/on board solutions tanks and above ground sprayers (6 – 8 inches)
that spray directly out in front of the machine!
In the event that a machine has a high water flow spray tip or tips (TG-1.0 or higher), it is recommended
that it/they be changed out to TG-0.7 TeeJet Full Cone Spray Tips to avoid
the over wetting of floors as well as any waste of cleaning solution.

K20/20 “Trax!“ Tile & Grout, Stone & Hard Floor Cleaner is a concentrate
and must be diluted prior to use based upon soil conditions!
MIXING/DILUTION DIRECTIONS
(Per Gallon of Water)
K20/20 “Trax!” is very easy to dilute/mix!
For heavy soil, for example, first pour 4 – 6 oz. of concentrate into an empty,
clean, chemical residue free 1 gallon sprayer, then fill with cool,
room temperature tap water to the gallon mark, done!
Do not use extremely warm or hot water!
Warm or hot water is not required to enhance cleaning performance as
K20/20 “Trax!“ Tile & Grout, Stone & Hard Floor Cleaner
will still provide excellent results even at 35 – 40° F temperatures!
It is not necessary to use more than 8 oz. of concentrate
per gallon of RTU solution on extremely soiled floors!
Indicated dilutions ratios also apply when using an Auto Scrubber.
For heavy soil, for example, when using an Auto Scrubber with a 5 gallon solution tank,
first pour 20 – 30 oz. of K20/20 “Trax!“ concentrate into the solution tank
and then fill with cool, room temperature tap water until filled.
Metered Dispensing units are ideal for filling Auto Scrubbers designed to service
large areas (10+ gallon solution tanks) when using bulk containers.

On average, 1 gallon of RTU pre-spray solution can easily be used to clean
about 500 sq. ft. of floors when using the previously suggested TeeJet spray
tips for sprayers and machines with built in/on board solutions tanks
with above ground sprayers. 1 gallon of concentrate offers extremely high sq. footage coverage and cleaning
capability regardless of soil conditions and dilution ratios!

Sq. footage coverage may vary when using sprayers with large
spray tips as they can literally allow up to twice as much pre-spray
solution to be sprayed on the floors compared to smaller, finer spray tips.
When using an Auto Scrubber, depending on how the water flow is
adjusted/regulated, unnecessary use of high volumes of solution can
also affect actual sq. foot coverage as well.

Always! mix K20/20 “Trax!“ Tile & Grout, Stone & Hard Floor Cleaner
with cool, room temperature tap water!
When cleaning any type of flooring that is grouted or has a structured surface
(Mexican Tile, Slate, LVT Luxury Vinyl Planking, etc.),
Always! use a soft bristle brush on your machine to scrub
these types of floors!
Restorative Cleaning
Standard floor cleaning equipment (low speed rotary or counter rotating brush machines,
wet vac, mop & mop bucket, etc.) or auto scrubbers can be used to
restore most any type of flooring.
K20/20 “Trax!“ is most effective when used as a pre-spray for restorative cleaning.
It does not matter what type of sprayer that is used. A fine fan pattern spray tip
is recommended for even application.
1. Mix K20/20 “Trax!“ according to directions in sprayer and lightly, evenly pre-spray floors.
Only pre-spray a workable area (do not allow pre-spray to dry).
2. Allow to dwell 1 – 2 minutes (that is all that is normally required).
3. Scrub floors (do not rinse or vac at this time).
4. Once scrubbing is complete, immediately vac up soil slurry (do not allow to dry as this can
re-soil/re-stain the flooring) and lightly damp mop the floors with fresh clean cold water.
When adding K20/20 “Trax!“ directly in the solution tank of an auto-scrubber, follow mixing directions
and operate machine as usual. With extreme soil conditions, it may be necessary to pre-spray or
pre-soak the floors with the mixed solution prior to scrubbing, rinsing & vacuuming up the soil slurry.
Daily Maintenance
When mopping, mix K20/20 “Trax!“ according to directions in mop bucket and evenly mop floors. The
same applies if using an auto-scrubber. Mix K20/20 “Trax!“ based on soil conditions in the solution
tank and operate machine as usual.

The moment you use K20/20 “Trax!“, you may clearly see that it outperforms and
cleans better than conventional products and will safely remove extremely
challenging soil buildup, hard water deposits as well as detergent residues and
other soil binders left behind from previous cleanings.
As K20/20 “Trax!“ is absolutely odorless and does not omit any off gases and can
be used in all types of environments.
Commercial, Industrial, Medical or Residential!
ATTENTION: K20/20 “Trax!“ Tile & Grout, Stone & Hard Floor Cleaner does not
contain any detergents. It will not leave a sticky residue behind that could cause
resoiling in a short period of time.
It is environmentally and user safe. It does not contain any acids, VOC’s, enzymes,
oxidizing or bleaching agents, optical color brighteners, fragrances or dyes.
Always test K20/20 “Trax!“ on all flooring prior to use.
If there is a sealant/wax, etc. on tiled or stone flooring, it must be completely
removed prior to use to have maximum, effective results.
Avoid contact with eyes. If splashed in eyes, immediately remove contact lenses,
if applicable, and rinse eyes with water for 3 – 5 minutes.
